Once a file has been downloaded, access cannot be revoked. For this reason, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations on any digital artwork, regardless of the file format.

If you have questions about a design before purchasing, please feel free to contact us.

If you experience:

• Difficulty downloading your file
  
• A corrupted, broken or incomplete file
  
• A technical issue preventing access
  

Please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

We will reissue the file at no cost or provide a working alternative version.

Colours may vary slightly depending on:

• Your screen settings
  
• Your printer
  
• The material you choose
  
• The printing service used
  

For this reason, we cannot offer refunds for colour differences or printing outcomes, as these are outside our control.

Purchasing a digital print grants you a licence to use the design for personal or commercial projects (excluding resale of the digital file itself). Refunds cannot be offered based on misunderstanding of licensing terms.

If you accidentally purchase the same design more than once, please contact us. We may be able to provide a store credit at our discretion, provided no additional files have been downloaded.
