When you purchase a Tinks print, you are buying a licence to use the artwork, not ownership of the artwork itself. This ensures our work remains protected, fairly priced, and available for both personal and commercial customers.
Personal License
Designed for individuals and home use.
This license allows you to:
- Print the artwork for your home or personal spaces.
- Use the artwork in personal craft or DIY projects.
- Print the artwork as gifts.
This license does not allow:
- Selling or distributing the artwork.
- Using the artwork in any business or commercial activity.
- Printing the artwork on products for resale.
Commercial License
Designed for businesses, designers, and professional use.
This license allows you to:
- Use the artwork in products for sale (e.g. fabric, wallpaper etc.)
- Use the artwork in branding, marketing, and packaging.
- Use the artwork for client projects.
This license does not allow:
- Reselling or sharing the digital file itself.
- Uploading the artwork to stock or print-on-demand libraries.
- Claiming authorship of the artwork.
Ownership & Protection
All Tinks artworks remain the exclusive intellectual property of Tinks. Every purchase is linked to the buyer and order number and may be embedded in the file for copyright protection.
Unauthorised use, resale, or redistribution may result in:
- License termination.
- Retroactive commercial licence fees.
- Legal action if required.
